Cnclatheparts Upgrades Precision Workshop in 2026 to Expand StarUser Swiss Lathe Spare Parts Capacity

In 2026, cnclatheparts officially finished the upgrade and expansion of its precision machining workshop, specially built for the StarUser product line of STAR swiss CNC lathe spare parts. This project focuses on upgrading ultra-precision grinding equipment, constant temperature inspection room and batch quality testing systems, greatly lifting production capacity and dimensional accuracy for spring collets, carbide guide bushes, chuck jaws and back spindle ejectors. The upgrade is made to satisfy the fast-growing global demand for OEM replacement swiss lathe consumables, especially for customers from Russia, Europe and Southeast Asia precision component manufacturers.

Swiss type automatic lathe accessories require extremely strict tolerance control. Even tiny errors on collets and guide bushes will cause workpiece vibration, poor surface finish and high reject rate. The newly added CNC internal and external grinding machines can maintain stable machining accuracy within 0.005mm. The constant-temperature inspection laboratory is equipped with micrometers, roundness testers and hardness testing instruments. Every finished StarUser spare part will go through multi-step inspection before packaging. Batch sampling inspection records and material certificates can be provided for overseas industrial buyers and factory audit.

Besides hardware upgrade, our team optimized the whole production workflow of StarUser series. Raw material incoming inspection, heat treatment, precision grinding, surface finishing, final dimension check and export packaging are divided into standardized working stations.
